Full job description: Bill Lake Homes is a modular home company which is building high quality custom homes, and is looking for people to add to our team of qualified employees. Roof/Framing Carpenter is a position where they will be constructing dormers/valleys to trusses for modular houses.
Framing Carpenter duties and responsibilities are: 1.layout of framing according plans 2. construction of various dormers/ valleys 3. completion of truss placement Framing Carpenter requirements 1. General carpentry skills 2. able use pneumatic tools 3. the ability to lift framing lumber 4. knowledge with angles
Framing Carpenter Benefits: 1. 401 2. medical ins after 90 days 3. 1-week of vacation after year of employment 4. 6 paid holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Benefits: 401(k) Paid time off
Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities
Experience: Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)
Ability to Commute: Sprakers, NY 12166 (Required)
