Full job description: Bill Lake Homes is a modular home company which is building high quality custom homes, and is looking for people to add to our team of qualified employees. Finish Carpenter is a position where the they will be doing all aspects of finishing the inside of a modular house. Finish Carpenter duties and responsibilities are: 1.Installing all finish products in a house from bathrooms to kitchens 2.Installing of different floor systems 3.Completion of inside trimming of windows, doors, and baseboards
Finish Carpenter requirements: 1.Finish carpentry skills 2.Able to use pneumatic tools 3.The ability to be precise and work in a timely manner with all trim
Finish Carpenter Benefits: 1. 401 2. medical ins after 90 days 3. 1-week of vacation after year of employment 4. 6 paid holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 8 hour shift (day) Monday to Friday
Experience: Construction Experience: 2 years (Preferred) Carpentry: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
Ability to Commute: Sprakers, NY 12166 (Required)
