    1. Scheduling Appointments: Efficiently manage appointment bookings, ensuring optimal scheduling to accommodate clients' and veterinarians' needs.
    1. Invoicing Clients: Handle invoicing and billing processes accurately and professionally, ensuring timely payments and resolving billing inquiries.
    1. Sending Statements: Prepare and send statements to clients, maintaining clear and transparent communication regarding payment statuses.
    1. Communicating with Clients: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance in person, over the phone, and via email. Address client inquiries, provide information about our services, and offer compassionate support during challenging times.
    1. Organization: Maintain organized records, both digital and physical, ensuring that client information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Assist with administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the clinic.
    1. Help maintain inventory levels of medications and products used at the practice.
