We are seeking a highly skilled, independent and "go-getter" multicraft technician that is proficient with repairing and maintaining the following:
Facilities maintenance (HVAC & Plumbing)
Industrial Machinery (Hydraulic and Pneumatic CNC Machines)
Robotics: FANUC, Akumaa, Steward
Can Troubleshoot PLCs
Fabricate as needed
Familiar with Epicore or similar MLP system
Schedule is 8AM-5PM (On call if a break down occurs)

Responsibilities
As the Maintenance Technician you will play a key role in ensuring our machines and equipment are well maintained and able to keep pace with production. Your responsibilities will encompass responding to CNC machine breakdowns, executing repairs and completing planned preventative maintenance.
To be successful you must have knowledge of fault finding and repairing CNC machinery covering mechanical (bearing/motors/belts), hydraulics, pneumatics, controls, and electrical systems.
You must have previous experience with CNC multi axis machine tools, preferably turning and milling machines. You will have had exposure to machine alignments and upgrades.
Responsibilities:
Implementation of planned preventative maintenance,
Swift response to machine breakdowns - diagnoses of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults and carry out repairs,
Address maintenance and repairs efficiently in a way that minimises production downtime,
Order replacement parts and replenish stock items,
Maintain good communication with the production manager and operators regarding repairs and downtime,
Good organisation and site management of sub-contractors.
