JOB REQUIREMENTS: LOCATION: Sparta, WI PART-TIME IN HOME Caregiver! Shifts: TUESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY; 5pm-9pm SATURDAY AND SUNDAY; 7am-9pm (28 hrs.) or any hours within that time frame! (Rotating weekends) Wage: \$17/hr. What the job looks like: Safely utilize Hoyer lift for transfers Bathing, getting dressed, personal cares, daily range of motion exercises Meal prep and feeding meal Housekeeping and laundry What we would appreciate from you: Caregiving experience but if you\'re genuinely interested in caring for someone and are new to caregiving, we can provide full on-the-job training to the right person, must be willing and fully committed to learn the job Understanding that you would be working in someone else\'s home, therefore, respecting how they\'d like their home set up and how they want their own personal routine to look Reliable transportation and valid driver\'s license Authorized to work in the U.S., willing to complete a criminal background check *A caregiver background check will be completed and you are required to pass before a start date can be issued. * Consumer Direct is not the employer and is only completing the recruitment for this position* If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record.
