Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our production team. This role involves working in the finishing department, performing heavy lifting, and operating machinery. You will be responsible for lifting final size coils of vinyl into boxes, using a hot glue machine to close the boxes, and ensuring quality inspection throughout the process.
Responsibilities
Lift final size coils of vinyl into boxes
Operate hot glue machine to seal boxes
Perform repetitive lifting of boxes that can weigh up to 60 lbs
Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards are met
Engage in general labor, packing, and production tasks
Essential Skills
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repetitively
Good attendance record
Experience in machine operating
Capability to perform quality inspections
General production and labor experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs manually
Experience in packing and general production tasks
Attention to detail and quality

Work Environment
You will work in a clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled facility. The role requires working on the 2nd shift (3 pm - 11 pm) or 3rd shift (11 pm - 7 am) from Monday to Friday, with voluntary overtime on Saturdays. The nature of the work involves repetitive lifting of awkwardly shaped boxes, ensuring safety and comfort are prioritized.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SPARTA, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
