Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years or related experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required or Associate Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting plus 3-5 years of related experience.

  • Data Entry, analysis, management, and reporting experience is a must

  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are critical.

  • Basic understanding of data analysis, data management,

  • Ability to contribute within team that includes a variety of services, clients, and personalities.

  • Experience with development and use of spreadsheets to prepare invoices and project tracking.

  • Must understand financial & reporting concepts.

Job Description

  • This role will primarily support a large software implementation from Unanet to MS Dynamics.

  • This candidate will be cleaning up data in Unanet related to projects, opportunities, companies, and contacts. As part of their ERP implementation, they are in a data scrubbing phase, and this person would be an additional resource to help with that. Attention to detail is a critical skill for this project.

  • Maintenance reports, identify integrity issues, company data clean up, digging into details of company name, code etc.,

  • Filling in and reconciling missing information, researching, and reading documents, collecting correct information.

  • This role will be supporting their marketing and sales team - information is coming from their CRM tool, capturing sales and pipeline information, project, and employee information to produce proposals to get more work.
