Responsibilities
As an Order Entry/Billing Specialist you will assist the sales team with functions such as:
Enter Orders from Calls, Email and Fax
Communicate with clients to ensure orders are correct
Understand Debits/Credits
Reconcile Invoice discrepancies
Utilize Multitasking skills
Be Detail Oriented
Excellent Excel & ERP Knowledge
