First Health of the Carolinas Receptionist in Southern Pines, North Carolina
Greets and registers patients. Maintains the dental appointment system. Maintains charts and financial records and determines charges according to standardized fee schedules. Collects payments, bills patients, files third party payors, and makes daily deposit. Performs clerical duties and answers the telephone. May have opportunity to train assisting chairside when needed Graduate from an accredited business, office management or secretarial program preferred. Minimum of two years experience in a dental office preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish required.
