AP Invoice Entry
- Approve variances to policy limit.
- Seek purchasing and controller approval and process variance levels per policy.
- Process vendor debits.
- Maintain vendor records and files.
- Weekly vendor check writing and electronic payment processing.
AR processing
- Daily electronic and check receopts application to customer accounts.
- Approve credits and deductions to policy limit.
- Seek approval and process credits and deductions over policy limit.
- Maintain customer records and files
- Retrieve customer credit reports and credit reference requests.
- Customer collections
Light phones and accounting
Related responsibilities as required.
Position is part-time , up to 20 hours per week in person.
Requirements:
College/coursework in accounting and collections, or equivalent experience.
MS Office/Excel, AR/AP in integrated system.
