Job Description
Carnival UK is in search of a Senior Planning and Projects Manager, who is crucial in supporting the planning, facilitation, and implementation of any new guest product propositions for the brand as well as the management of the P&O Cruises change portfolio.
Role Overview
The role will provide clear direction of our short-, mid- and long-term guest experience priorities to the business and lead our Guest Proposition forum where the development and execution of strategies which effectively respond to these priorities to ensure we meet our NPS, profitability and strategic aspirations.
Lead and govern the development of new brand, product development and guest experience proposition changes.
Manage the P&O Cruises change/ project portfolio, with support of the newly established ePMO function, to effectively govern change, report on the health of the portfolio, and support in the end-to-end delivery of GX projects assessing project scope, investment costs, resource/demand planning, and end to end governance of all projects with the support of a Project Manager.
Administrative responsibilities also include providing content for GX areas of the business for us in e.g. Internal business updates and the P&O Cruises monthly report etc.
Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK06, offered as a full-time position, on a 12 month fixed term basis, we offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
Requirements: Your Expertise and Leadership
To thrive as a Senior Planning and Projects Manager, we're looking for:
Understanding of portfolio and/or project management
Experience in managing multiple priorities to strict deadlines.
Ability to interpret complex verbal and numerical information and make recommendations.
