salary: $18 - $20 per hour

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities
Prepare and load small pins (approximately 1 inch) into a grinding machine accurately.
Work closely with a machinist to ensure the quality of the grinding process.
Follow the machinist's instructions and collaborate to maintain high standards of work.
Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies in the gauges.
Sort small gauges into labeled trays.
Perform repetitive tasks.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of mechanical processes and tools.
Apply high school-level math skills (decimals, fractions, multiplication, and division) without the use of a calculator.
Employees who excel in the Production Associate role will have opportunities for advancement in the Machine Shop, Quality, and/or Shipping departments.
