Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Senior Construction Project Manager, ANS in South Hadley, Massachusetts
THE WORK:
You’ll serve as the liaison between the owner and partner entities for the contract, design systems, procedures, and related deliverables, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
You’ll demonstrate a strong understanding of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure compliance with construction/project requirements, ensuring all project deliverables meet specified standards and regulations.
You’ll obtain, maintain, and manage all necessary data, information, communications, and approvals between project stakeholders such as owners, architects, engineers, and contractors, in line with project and company requirements.
You’ll represent the owner and project entities in public forums, meetings, and presentations as needed, ensuring that the project’s goals, status, and requirements are effectively communicated to external parties.
You’ll oversee project controls, cost management, and performance tracking, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Identify and address potential issues proactively.
You’ll manage procurement processes, project logistics, and overall project organization, ensuring resources and materials are available on time and according to project specifications.
You’ll lead project meetings, ensuring alignment across all teams and stakeholders. Provide direction and guidance to construction management staff, contractors, and engineers to maintain project progress.
You’ll document and track relevant project information, including milestones, statuses, risks, and approvals, ensuring that all required documentation is accurate and up to date.
You’ll coordinate, direct, and monitor the activities of construction management staff, contractors, engineers, architects, and other performing entities to ensure project objectives are met.
You’ll apply knowledge of project delivery, time management, and strategies for addressing unanticipated events and unforeseen conditions, minimizing project disruptions and ensuring timely resolution of challenges.
Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent degree
Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience
Minimum 8 years experience with construction management processes and knowledge of construction means and methods
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Detailed knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems or mechanical engineering background
Experience with higher education construction projects
