This Team Member must uphold the HearingLife Core Values:- We are team players- We apply a can-do attitude- We create innovative solutions* The Recruiter plays a critical role in the strategic workforce planning and recruitment support for future hiring initiatives as well as the full-lifecycle recruitment to support the HearingLife recruiting strategy and business needs.ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:- Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for the assigned region and department(s), including screenings, interview scheduling, offer letters, and preboarding- Strong sales and relationship building mentality to identify, source and pre-screen talent- Work directly with the Director of Talent Acquisition, Regional Vice President's and hiring managers on developing and executing on talent acquisition strategies- Set hiring goals including timeframes and deliverables- Analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to hire- Maintain a continuous process improvement (CPI) mindset to improve upon current policies, procedures, and metrics- Locate and attend conferences, recruitment events, and professional events to develop a candidate pipeline.- Ensure communication with candidates is prompt and professional at all stages of the recruitment process- Ability to adjust recruitment strategies and focus based on business needs- Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.QualificationsEducation and Experience: - 5+ years of experience supporting hiring managers with a proactive recruitment partnership approach- Experience in hiring master's degree and/or Doctorate of Audiology / State Licensed providers preferred *- *Experience in explaining commission sales compensation programs- Experience with competency as well as behavioral based interview methods- Required knowledge and experience working with applicant tracking systems- Ability to hold a flexible schedule to support regional time zonesKey Job Competencies:- Sales mentality- Experience driving diversity and inclusive recruitment initiatives preferred- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills- Strong organization and time management skills- Proven team player- Outstanding communication skills- Proven record of independent thinking while operating in a collaborative environment **Travel:May require up to 10% travel within region#LI-NM1Need help finding the right job?We can recommend jobs specifically for you!
