Own product definition and propose solutions to problems with debt faced by consumers•Collaborate with the engineering team to design and define technical requirements key to delivering the product roadmap•Manage product backlog and work with the engineering team to plan sprints and deliver releases on time•Support customer lifecycle, helping them implement, troubleshoot issues, and capture feedback•Work with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to define new product features and prioritize them into the backlog•Dive into data to evaluate, understand, and improve how our products are utilized by partners and end-users•Create & track OKRs, KPIs. Use analytic tools to monitor feature usage and identified areas of improvements.•Manage stakeholder communication and oversee feature development from inception to implementation using Agile methodology.•Collaboratively work with distributed resources from multiple squads that includes engineers, product managers, and designers to execute the prioritized items from roadmap.•Create development roadmap for the platform suite by building and maintaining a prioritized backlog list of new features and user stories in JIRA•Write and present technical requirements and user stories to engineering teams, participate in technical design sessions to ensure alignment
