As a Driver, your mission is to provide timely and accurate material handling and delivery. Whether in the yard, store or on the customer’s jobsite, you will greet customers and provide prompt, friendly and courteous service. You will ensure loads are accurate and safely and neatly delivered to customer’s jobsites while staying committed to quality customer service. Why you want this job:Up to $25/hour to start, depending on experienceVoted best employer 2 years in a row in the Flathead Valley and now the best employer in state of Montana in their divisionOpportunities for trainingSchedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and some Saturdays 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.Essential Functions and Duties:Haul lumber and building materials, driving 125 - 200 miles Assist with loading and tallying of materials to be delivered, responsible for final check of load to be deliveredConfirm payment of account deliveries prior to leaving yard, ensure a sales ticket / invoice accompanies all materials leaving the yardHelp with returns, tally materials picked up and coordinate with yard foreman to put awayApproach customers and offer assistance to solve customer’s project problemsAssist with customer service and collaborate with the yard foreman on necessary tasksQualifications:Familiar with equipment capacity and proper loading techniquesForklift knowledge preferredFamiliar with the market area to efficiently plan delivery routesAbility to stand and walk throughout the day and lift up to 100 lbsDriver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen40126https://lcstaffing.com/jobs/local-non-cdl-driver/
