Our client is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join their team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be part of the marketing department supporting brand engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for social media which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Social Media Specialist
Location: Solon, OH
What's the Job?
Conduct real-time social listening across platforms and utilize tools to identify insights and act on opportunities.
Collaborate with brand and social teams to execute organic channel and content strategies that align with business goals.
Monitor and moderate all social mentions of brands to identify engagement opportunities.
Engage with consumers in real-time on social channels, participating in positive conversations and trends.
Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify activations.
What's Needed?
In-depth understanding of the social media landscape and modern consumer behavior.
Completed Bachelor's Degree.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management representing a brand or organization.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
Proficiency with tools such as Canva Pro, Instagram Reels, and TikTok video editing.
Experience with social listening tools like Talkwalker or other relevant tools.
Experience using Sprinklr social listening and publishing and other tools.
Experience with CPG brands, including work with large brands and partner agencies.
Content creation using Instagram Reels and/or TikTok.
Adobe Photoshop and other video editing software
