This newly established role is designed to help execute a critical capability within the Nestle USA Retail Paid Search Center Of Excellence (COE). This role will harness your strategic and collaborative skills to drive continual excellence in retail paid search, optimize the retailer search ecosystem, and execute activations alongside our new Retail Search Agency of Record (AOR).

You will be responsibilities for a wide range of activities related to the coordination of paid search at our top retailers serving as a liaison with external agencies, conducting ad-hoc data analysis, manage budgets, and develop scorecards to track key performance indicators. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering collaboration across retail search channels to maximize outcomes, driving effectiveness of paid and organic search integration, gaining shelf position, creating performance projections, and analytic assessment of performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the vision for the Retail Paid Search Center of Excellence, while helping to drive the overall portfolio, category and brand strategy for retail paid search.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional peers and internal/external stakeholders to determine the best way to integrate paid search within the broader omni-channel marketing mix as well as full-funnel retail media plans.

  • Proactively generate actionable insights that support current business needs, inform strategic decisions, and drive profitable brand and category performance through the analysis ad hoc data from various sources.

  • Utilize data visualization and effective storytelling to build impactful presentations

  • Liaison with the Retail Search AOR in keyword strategy development, competitive research, campaign setup and management, and reporting of search media buys.

  • Serve as the connection point for our eCommerce teams within each Division to share and execute strategies that are congruent with business objectives and consumer behavior.

  • Responsible for executing and optimizing Retail Paid Search investments

  • Work with our Analytics teams to deliver best-in-class reporting, and drive automation throughout the measurement & optimization process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in retail media or eCommerce

  • Leverage excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders without direct authority and challenge existing processes.

  • Strong understanding of retail media and marketing fundamentals, with deep insights into consumer behavior.

  • With the ever-changing landscape of eCommerce, the ability to continually learn and adapt to new challenges and emerging technologies with high curiosity

  • Proven track record in executing successful retail paid search or eCommerce strategies.

  • Experience with retail media networks (e.g., Amazon, WMC, KPM, Instacart, Roundel, etc.) and management tools (e.g. Pacvue, Skai, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Data Impact, etc.)

The approximate pay range for this position is $98,000 to $120,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
