Kelly Services Project Manager in Solon, Ohio
Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a part time Project Manager.
Company location: Solon, OH
Temp to Hire
Shift: Part time 20 hours per week (hybrid schedule)
Compensation: DOE
Responsibilities:
Prepare project plans and manage execution of the plan with Scientists and Managers
Serve as the first point of contact with commercial clients during execution of programs
Scheduling meetings, set agendas, and provide meeting minutes for internal and external meetings
Manage project budgets, invoicing, and time sheet accounting
Ensure team is aware of deadlines and deliverables and monitor their completion
Assist the technical and business ops team to prepare proposals and reports for clients
Monitor contracted work plans and prepare new proposals for expanded work plans
Ensure first-rate customer service to client base
Close out programs by ensuring completion of technical reports and other contractual requirements
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
A BS or MS in chemistry, pharmaceutics, chemical engineering, or other closely related field
A minimum of 1 years of experience in complex project management is preferred
A basic understanding of the formulation, analysis, and stability evaluation of Drug Products is required. An expert in one or more of these areas is preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with setting, monitoring, and controlling project budgets and working with the Accounting team to prepare invoices and other documents
Significant understanding of computers and software required for efficient program management
Proficient in Excel and Word a must
Self-motivated individual with self-starting capabilities
Desire to learn new and exciting skills and applying them to clients and programs
Strong leadership and self-management skills are essential
