Robert Half Accounts Payable Manager (Property Management) in Solana Beach, California
Description
It's time to put your accounting prowess to work with us! We're seeking a razor-sharp, experienced Accounts Payable Manager to orchestrate the fiscal realities of our property management company in the heart of sunny Solana Beach, CA. This position is more than just payments and numbers; it's a leadership role where your insights shape financial policies, streamline processes and illuminate budgets.
Responsibilities:
Oversee routine department activities, such as disbursing checks and processing payroll, to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
Monitor and manage corporate expenses, ensure billings and collections are complete and accurate.
Maintain accurate and complete financial, employee, and client records, and ensure all statements are compliant with regulations, contracts, and grant requirements.
Collaborate with staff and leadership to develop, evaluate, or manage fiscal management policies.
Reconcile accounts payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate.
Develop, maintain and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
In-depth understanding of the property management industry and land-lord tenant law.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and commonly used financial software.
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
Comprehensive understanding of budget forecasting and financial reporting.
