Description
As an Entry-Level Accounting Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our finance team with various administrative and clerical tasks. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship as you learn the fundamentals of accounting principles and practices. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with data entry and processing of financial transactions.
Maintain accurate and organized records of financial documents and transactions.
Perform basic reconciliations of accounts and statements.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree in accounting or related field preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
