Eaton Corporation Business Development & Key Account Manager OEM Fire Germany (m/f/d) in Soest, Germany

What you’ll do:
Own and be responsible for end to end sales growth and profit plan execution.
Define and drive strategic initiatives for growth. Develop and implement effective business strategies to attract new customers, expand market share and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Develop new and existing customers across the region, utilizing both the devices and systems portfolio. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target OEMs. Understand their requirements and ensure our product offerings align with their needs
Work closely with the product line and operational teams to achieve sales targets & strategic initiatives. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure our products meet market demands and client expectations.
Implement and manage customer / CSO pricing strategies
Embrace and implement Eaton standard process
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or similar in Electrical Engineering
Comprehensive experience in commercial Fire market or similar
Commercial experience managing large customers
Fluent in German and English
Skills:
Analytical thinking, Ethical at all times
Work well within a team environment, whilst being able to plan and execute own work initiatives
Strong presentation skills
