We are seeking a Senior Sales Leader / Sales Director to lead the exciting Commercial Building & Infrastructure segment sales organisation, at the heart of energy transition driving net zero ambitions, this role is accountable for our growth strategy in this space.

Lead our sales organization solving our customers energy and power needs with solutions in power distribution, emergency lighting, fire/security, EV charging, energy storage and software services. Collaborate across regions and business units to drive profitable growth through integrated business development and sales activities, all while championing net-zero ambitions.

What you’ll do:

  • You’re personally accountable for achieving the profit plan, margin, and mix expectations, aiming for approximately £35 million in annual revenue.

  • Balance financial targets with strategic decisions

  • Lead the UK & Ireland commercial & infrastructure segment sales teams

  • Develop and execute rowth strategies using Eaton’s “Play to Win” framework.

  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and align business objectives with customer needs.

  • Understand Eaton’s financial model, including ROS (Return on Sales), balance sheet management, cash flow, and risk assessment, drives informed decision-making.

  • Have a passion for metrics and data which play a key role in maximising our successes

  • Build strong business relationships with key customers as a priority.

  • Develop engaged and high-performing teams, coaching for success, and fostering talent through emotional intelligence are part of your leadership approach

  • Excel as part of a wider customer-centric leadership team driving transformation collaboratively across our organisation

Qualifications:

  • Degree of Higher Education

Skills:

  • Proven sales leader ideally in B2B preferably in related field

  • Sales leadership

  • A team player, consultative & detailed, driven, resilient & can-do attitude.

  • Positive and energetic.
