We are seeking a C&I Segment Marketing Manager to collaborate closely with local sales teams and our dedicated marketing group. Together, we craft business strategies tailored to our supported industry segments. The role involves defining targeted marketing strategies for these segments, identifying key audiences, and executing comprehensive marketing plans.

What you’ll do:

• Active contribution to creation of local business strategies for the supported segments in cooperation with local sales organizations

• Develop a marketing strategy supporting the defined business strategy of each segment,

• Set up SMART objectives, build and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for each supported industry segment and target audiences

• Support and develop the partner program needed to develop our partner relation. (Installer partner program, panel builder partner program…)

• Track the results of segment specific marketing activities, and ensure high ROI

• Work closely with local field product managers and sales people to understand the market, key customer segments, their needs and challenges, their touchpoints and define Eaton value proposition and marketing strategy for these customers and markets

• Drive the implementation of the xxx segment strategy in xxx country through direct and channel marketing activities

• Work closely with EMEA segment marketing to define campaign topics and personas as well as message map development

• Define integrated and multi-channel marketing campaigns for the segments, ensure their alignment with the overall business goals and business strategy

• Develop/localize marketing content, campaigns, and programs targeting focus customer audiences

• Execute the campaigns in cooperation with other marketing team members (channel marketing, digital marketing, FPMs)

• Ensure continuous tracking and optimization of campaigns and tactics to achieve the highest ROI

• Develop, put in place and animate partner program for the key strategic partner as for example installer, panel builders

• Develop push and pull activities with the channel marketing.

• Support the develop, realization and follow up of events

• Responsible for successful cooperation with the relevant central segment teams and BUs

Qualifications:

  • Degree of Higher Education

  • Marketing Experience- with min 2 years in management role

Skills:

  • Proven Knowledge ideally in the electrical construction, EWS and Panelbuilder

  • Marketing operations and leadership including extensive experience of event management, digital marketing and customer segmentation, along with experience using tools to deliver campaigns, such as CRM (preferably Salesforce) , Content Management, analytics (PowerBi)

  • Understanding of - UK construction sector, commercial building electrical infrastructure, competitive landscape, power distribution solutions
