Senior Manager, EndPoint and Email Security
This position reports to User and Endpoint Device Security Lead and is based at Skillman, NJ with the plan to move to Summit in 2025

Role reports to: User and Endpoint Device Security Lead
Location: Skillman, NJ (moving to Summit NJ in 2025)
Travel %: 5%
Pay: $144,000 - $195,000
What you will do
The Senior Manager, EndPoint and Email Security, are responsible for creating a positive end-user experience while maintaining the security and data integrity of end-user data, network data, and email services. Engineer and maintain security controls in your discipline to protect the business while maintaining service availability. You will hold a security stack that stops the most relevant security threats, including phishing, malware, and C2 exfiltration. You will also lead a team to secure user data at rest and in transit maintain EDR/XDR, Email Security, Common data controls, encryption, and other relevant data and endpoint security measures.

Enables the business to innovate rapidly and achieve its goals by providing secure architectural patterns and capabilities.
Creating a seamless user experience while balancing security requirements
Developing an environment where the end user feels safe and is safe
Actively works to prevent data loss for the end user
Builds and sustains a skilled, diverse and motivated team to own and manage products in portfolio.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with vendors and strategic external partners.
Creates opportunities for efficiency through innovative strategic decisions balancing cost and quality while maintaining appropriate levels of security.
Partners with Security and Enterprise Architects to identify and evaluate emerging technologies.
Actively engages with and shapes industry trends in cybersecurity capabilities and tooling.
Delivers high quality work outcomes and customer service in a high-pressure, fast paced setting to meet company needs.
Leads recruitment, development, and management of a team of IT professionals, ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusivity, fostering collaboration, performance management, training, accountability of metrics and compliance with all policies and procedures.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent by track-record of successful enterprise experience. Graduate degree preferred.
8 years of broad IT infrastructure experience with 5 years of end user security experience in a multi-platform, multi-vendor environment.
3 years in a managerial capacity
5 years Information Security experience
Experience supporting security technologies including email security tools and data loss prevention.
Outstanding people management and employee relations skills.
Strong leadership presence, influencing, collaboration, communication information-sharing and organizational skills.
Experience working in an outcomes-focused Product (vs Project Management) delivery mindset and experience with Agile software development approaches.
Proven track record of innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to work in fast paced environment and prioritize in parallel.
Customer service orientation, eye for business value, and a bias for action.
Expert at working with virtual, and diverse global teams of varied backgrounds and cultural experiences.
Exercises independent judgment, strong decision making and problem solving for key processes.
Experience with secure email gateways and other API-based email security solutions.
Experience with Zero Trust network architecture
Desired Qualifications
Certifications in security
Experience within regulated environments (GxP or SOx)
What’s in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $144,000 - $195,000 . This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
