Role reports to: The Head of North America HCP

Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025 .

Travel %: 25%

Pay: $113,000 - $195,500

What you will do

The Senior Manager for US OTC will report directly to the Head of NA Kenvue Healthcare Professional (HCP) Team and is responsible for maximizing the company's scientific leadership across the Self Care segment (Pain, Allergy, Digestive Health) . This leader will partner with Global HCP, the US Self-Care Squads and multiple cross-functional partners to activate healthcare professional plans that align with the overall brand operating plans and ultimately drive business growth. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing the strategic deployment and performance of the US OTC Professional Sales business.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership to cultivate an OTC Professional business model that aligns with the respective brand's strategies and business objectives. Accountable for a holistic plan that leverages science, data and insights to engage with multiple HCPs audiences in a meaningful way across multiple touchpoints.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current environment and industry trends, digital advancements, category and competitive analysis, stay abreast of latest competitive activities and sales to inform development of, or changes to, marketing plans.

Partner with CBI to identify unique connection points, unmet needs and insights with target that improves the quality of content intended to change patient behavior.

Lead cross functional and Agency relationships (Creative AOR, Media Agency, etc.) to develop scopes of work, lead creative strategy deliver against business priorities and evaluate performance relative to brand objectives.

Partner with cross functional team to develop KOL and scientific engagement strategy.

Partner with US Professional Contracted Sales Organization (CSOs) to provide leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to the organizations field sales force. Lead and develop trusted relationships with 1 Sales Director, 5 District Field Managers, 1 Training Manager and 60 Sales Reps. Collaborate to deliver strategic business priorities, sales guidance and ensure excellence in sales execution.

Plan and direct performance of 3 direct reports and several additional indirect reports; motivate employees, assist in goal setting, provide development opportunities and performance feedback, address issues and resolve problems.

Maintain quality and compliance through timely training, strict compliance with procedures, exercising the highest integrity, embracing employee involvement and commitment to doing the right job the first time.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of a BA/BS in Marketing or a related business field is required, MBA is preferred.
A minimum of 8 years work experience.
A minimum of 6 years of Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and/or Consumer Package Goods is required.

Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking skills, have strong negotiation skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be customer/market oriented.

Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, highly complex, matrixed environment is required.

High level of drive and commitment with a strong bias for action and prioritization is required.

A proven track record developing and delivering brand, marketing and/or customer strategies is required.

A leader and team-builder that inspires followership across large, geographically dispersed teams is required.

Create & promote an agile, inclusive, people-first environment in the workplace is required.

Proficient in a variety of applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), and the ability to pick up new applications and processes quickly is strongly.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work confidently and respectfully at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally

This position requires up to 25% domestic travel.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in brand marketing management and sales leadership is preferred.
People management experience is preferred.


What's in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $113,000 - $195,500. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
