Role reports to: Director, HCP Professional Portfolio Capabilities & Operations

Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: 10%

Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $113,000 to $195,500. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

What you will do

We are seeking a talented individual to join our North America Professional Marketing Team in Summit/Skillman, NJ, USA as a Sr. Manager, HCP Capabilities & Operations. As the Sr. Manager, HCP Capabilities & Operations will lead a team focused on operational efficiency & effectiveness across our professional marketing & sales teams, working directly with leadership to shape current & drive future capabilities. You will work closely with leadership to shape current capabilities and drive future initiatives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing our Omnichannel marketing capabilities, fulfillment capabilities, and various business analytics to provide insights and recommendations. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading our Professional Hospital selling and operations, including contracting, forecasting, customer relationships, and business analytics. Collaboration with vendors and internal partners in IT, marketing, sales, and supply chain will be crucial in delivering impactful results for the business.

Key Responsibilities

Leading a team focused on operational efficiency and effectiveness: identifying opportunities and best practices across the HCP brand portfolio, including leveraging synergies and improving performance to better serve healthcare professionals (HCPs) and facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team to drive continuous improvement.

Develop strategies and drive their implementation to support, motivate, and reward HCP Sales Teams: in driving HCP Kenvue brand recommendations, inclusive of training programs, compensation plans, and call metrics that align with business objectives.

Manage the Kenvue hospital business portfolio: and own the Kenvue hospital business portfolio, including forecasting, negotiations, contracts, analysis, sales, and relationship management to ensure the success of the hospital business and drive growth opportunities.

Lead vendor partnerships for fulfillment and hospital selling model: to optimize services, oversee the budget, and drive efficiencies.

Provide oversight for Kenvue's omnichannel HCP effort: identifying opportunities to leverage digital channels to broaden the brand reach across multiple HCP specialties for greater impact.

Optimize sampling logistics to drive stronger HCP brand recommendations: analyzing data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of sampling initiatives and making improvements as needed.

Lead the team in conducting business analytics: to generate insights and recommendations via data analytics, identifying patterns and trends, and using the findings to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with internal and external partners: to troubleshoot business challenges that have a broad impact across the HCP businesses, including troubleshooting issues, finding resolutions, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in sales, CPG marketing, supply chain, and/or project management.

Proven experience in identifying and implementing business improvements that drive positive business results, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated success in a matrixed environment, with a track record of strong cross-functional collaboration.

Ability to align the goals of multiple partners while maintaining a customer focus to deliver successful outcomes.

Detail-oriented with the ability to provide critical thinking and perspectives, including the ability to see the big picture and align with business priorities.
