Role reports to: Vice President, Global Analytics

Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: up to 10

Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $113,000 to $195,500. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

What you will do

The Senior Manager, CBI Analytics - Healthcare Professional (HCP) role is a new position within Kenvue and will be tasked with setting up this capability within the Global Kenvue CBI Analytics team. This role will work directly with the Global HCP leader for Kenvue and will be responsible for equipping our global teams with actionable insights and tools to improve our performance. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the overall approach to analytics across HCP and will define the road map for them, their team (2 additional resources) working closely with key global markets and CBI teams. This will include, among other priorities, a roadmap against the 3 areas below:

The Kenvue HCP Portal (Web Analytics and monitoring adoption)

This is a critical touchpoint for our HCP community. The successful candidate and team will provide global teams with tools and actionable insights to drive adoption and improve the experience for the community on this direct HCP platform.

Sales Force Effectiveness

Sales Force planning is executed and owned at a market level however there are significant opportunities to drive harmonization both in terms of tools and approaches. This role, alongside the HCP council, will drive this global harmonization whilst also supporting key markets with spike capabilities to drive additional growth.

CRM Capabilities

Like Sales Force Effectiveness, CRM is a key capability driven at a market level with significant opportunities to drive harmonization. The HCP analytics team will equip markets with best practices while also providing global teams with actionable insights to improve global brand plans.

This HCP Global CBI analytics team will not be responsible for the content development and best practices as this will be the responsibility of the CBI teams working directly on the global brand teams.

Key to success will be forging close relationships; internally with key stakeholders across Global Brand development teams, local analytics teams, and the HCP organization - ensuring adoption of centrally developed tools and insights - as well as developing partnerships with key data and tech providers such as NiQ and TPM/TPX solutions to ensure insights are based on latest data and thinking in the industry. You will be the expert and go to person for global and regional teams and as such will need to be able to look at the bigger picture, identifying patterns, priorities, and scalable learnings across the globe to influence strategy and ways of working.

Key Deliverables / Responsibilities
Build best in class HCP analytics team and capabilities.
Develop and deploy global HCP capabilities to be used across regions and markets and drive adoption.
Define the Kenvue way of monitoring HCP performance and partner with Kenvue Data and Tech teams to define global strategy.
Act as the expert and provide consultancy to Global Brand teams on HCP opportunities.
Continuously review market landscape to ensure optimum data coverage.
Optimize reporting, to meet evolving business needs and drive adoption through process, training and support .
Identify key insights through superior analytics and communication skills to influence the business to optimize investment .
Partner with Brand Development teams to setup reporting of HCP programs and drive adoption of insights.
Management of HCP Analytics Team (2 direct reports)
Build strong relationships with HCP Council, Brand development teams, regional and local teams.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
Education: a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, sciences, or economics is preferred; MBA is a plus.
Experience: a minimum of 7-10 years of FMCG or similar experience with a strong understanding of the retail landscape, tools, and opportunities. Direct experience working with HCP community is a strong plus. Also experience in Web analytics, route planning and next best action analytics would be desirable.
Data Management: Proficiency in data governance, data modelling, and data quality management.
Analytics Tools: Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or...
