Lead UX Designer
This position reports to Director, Global UX Design & Content and will be based in Skillman, NJ.

Reports to: Director, Global UX Design & Content
Location: Skillman, NJ ( Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025 .)
Pay: $88,000.00 - $124,000.00
What will you do
The Lead UX Designer: White Labeled Design System is responsible for designing, testing, maintaining and improving reusable components for Kenue's ecosystem of responsive websites. The Lead UX Designer plays an important role in delivering high-quality digital experiences to our consumers as efficiently as possible.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with business partners, fellow designers and developers to design digital experiences that help Kenvue win new consumers every day. Deliver user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity user interfaces and information architecture using participatory and iterative design techniques
Design intuitive, responsive components for Kenvue's proprietary White Labeled Design system. Ensure designs are flexible enough to represent the distinct brands in the Kenvue portfolio. Collaborate closely with development partners to establish and use consistent token names to enable automated theming updates for each brand.
Train UX designers and technology partners in the intricacies of Kenvue's White Labaled Design system via Q&A, training materials and live discussions.
Experiment with and assist in the rollout of new technologies that help drive efficient ways of working for our website deployment teams around the world.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Design or a related field
5-9 years of UX for digital products, including responsive web design and user feedback best practices
Proficient user of Figma (including Figma Variables), JIRA and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to mobile- first responsive web design and collaboration with agile development teams is required
Extensive experience working within and designing for digital design systems and brand guidelines
Proven success designing and maintaining a white labeled design system specifically designed to support multiple brand themes.
Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of Web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript and CSS, and an understanding of the technical implications of your design recommendations.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, especially Figma and Adobe CS, with a willingness to explore new tools.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and common collaboration tools, including JIRA, Web browsers and project management systems.

What's in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $88k to $124k. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
