Overview of the Position Responsibilities : The Inbound Sales Specialist will generate company revenue by closing sales over the phone and providing sales solutions with a seamless. customer experience. What You Will Do:

  • Influence customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales process to give service and product information and accurate price quotes.

  • Follow assigned schedule to ensure accurate phone coverage.

  • Communicate the need to escalate calls to assure resolution of issues.

  • Provide quality internal customer support.

  • Prioritize and move quickly between inbound and outbound calls.

  • Maintain positive, consistent and effective communication with your manager, team members and customers.·

  • Follow up with potential customers as needed via phone, email and text.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of all products, processes and systems.

  • Maintain working knowledge of department and stay current with latest policies.

  • All other related duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • A minimum of 2+ years of sales or call center experience required.

  • Telecommunications experience preferred.

  • MS Office Suite: Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, OneNote.

  • Experience with SalesForce, Ticket View, ICOMs, RPX and advanced troubleshoot techniques preferred.

  • High degree of self-motivation and drive.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills including active listening skills and telephone etiquette are required.

  • Relentless about exceeding sales goals. Driven to succeed.

  • Advanced customer service and time management skills.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to maintain professionalism in challenging and/or changing situations.

  • Must be able to pass a background and drug test prior to employment.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Regularly required to talk and hear.

  • Required to use hands, handle objects and paperwork.

  • Required to use close vision and be able to focus.

  • Required to refrain from personal use of technology during working hours.

  • Must be able to operate office equipment including but not limited to telephone, headset, computer, and printer.

  • Required to lift up to 5lbs at a given time.

  • Must have reliable transportation.
