Aerotek Diesel Technician in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
Diesel Technician- Weekly Pay- Apply Now
Pay: $30-$45/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am-5 pm
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Diesel Technician! Diesel Technicians will be working on various equipment including trucks, industrial equipment, heavy equipment, and generators. They will need to be proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and related components in trucks, buses, and other heavy-duty vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify all heavy-duty components.
Accurately and efficiently diagnose complex diesel engine conditions and make necessary repairs.
Maintain a positive interface with service writers, foreman, parts department, and customers.
Keep paperwork updated and handed in upon completion.
Meet requirements for certifications.
Perform administrative duties as related to the position.
Skills:
3 to 10 years of previous diesel truck, equipment, or generator experience.
Proficiency in hydraulics, electrical systems, diesel engines, and truck repairs.
Must have $7,000 in tools.
Good tenure and longevity at previous places of employment.
Positive attitude and ability to diagnose heavy equipment and diesel generators.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
