Amazon's Social Responsibility (SR) program drives customer trust, business continuity, and sustainable social impact by embedding respect for human rights and the environment throughout Amazon’s entire value chain. We seek to continuously improve the tools and processes used in integrating human rights and environmental due diligence across the business.

We are looking for a passionate, innovative and results-oriented Senior Program Manager to manage content, training, programs, processes, and mechanisms that enable the organization to scale and to support the evolution and growth of regional SR teams. This person will be responsible for coordinating across APJC region (Asia Pacific Japan China) to operationalize our regional content and engagement strategy as well as play the primary role of owner of our regional team’s most visible documents and artifacts (e.g., weekly metrics reviews, quarterly business reviews, annual operating plans, 3-year vision plans).

The candidate will also partner with the Senior Program Manager, Training Strategy and Planning to help develop and drive operational processes that drive effective engagement with Amazon suppliers, vendors and service providers.

Key job responsibilities

• Raise the bar on content and training management across field operations teams, streamlining processes for translation, ensuring consistency in our communications, and creating regional content and training roadmap.

• Coordinate across regional teams to operationalize business requests for content, training, and events.

• Ensure implementation and execution of auditing and operating mechanisms, including tracking goals, escalations, forward looking program needs, and review of key leadership documents

• Leverage existing and new external partners to provide a catalogue of materials and resources to Amazon businesses in the region.

• Build and lead long-term strategies to streamline SR processes on engagement with suppliers and vendors.

• Partner with internal SR teams to identify opportunities to streamline processes and workflows

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level

  • 8+ years of content, training and learning management experience with strong knowledge of content creation tools, training methodologies, learning management systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent

  • Regional experience across Asia Pacific Japan China in human rights or social responsibility
