Job Responsibilities
Driver for process statistical control [FDC (Fault Detection Control) and SPC (Statistical Process Control)]
Using statistical software to perform data analysis and ensure data accuracy
Facilitator for Calibration and MSA system and support operation related matters
Ensuring Calibration and MSA are performed and comply to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
Perform periodic audits in ensuring compliance and traceability
Establish Calibration, MSA, SPC, FDC guidelines and harmonized against Corporate protocol
Support internal and external audits on related topics
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. quality, yield, engineering, operation, etc.)
Support ad-hoc audit and project when assigned
Job Requirements
Degree in engineering (electrical/electronic/mechanical/material/chemical).
2-5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor production environment.
Demonstrate commitment to high level of quality and customer satisfaction
Experience in Calibration, MSA, SPC, FDC or other quality system is preferred
Understand Quality core tools – Calibration, MSA, SPC and ISO 9001, IATF 16949 is preferred
Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill
Proficient with Microsoft office applications
Ability to work under pressure
Team player with ability to work cross functionally
