What you’ll do:
You will support project team activities in East Asia countries and DPQ Business.
Project Management Activities
• Set up and maintain a common library for both Power Quality & Power Distribution projects.
• As a focal point of contact for liaising and updating global customer portals in terms of project status.
• Collaborate with PM to update project costing in ICS file of respective project. Alert PM/Manager when project expose risk to cost overrun.
• Assist PM to prepare documentation (e.g. reports, OMM etc) compilation for submission when needed.
• Collaborate with PM to update project delivery plan and status.
Channels Business (DPQ)
• Monthly distributor & partners performance tracking a. Sales Ops Report b. Inventory Report
• Adhoc report, e.g., SISO, CPS project tracking & quarterly Omnia reporting , Quarterly Rebates & MDF Management.
• Monthly channel cadence preparation & meeting
Qualifications:
• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering discipline
• At least 2 years of experience
• Skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Pro & Sharepoint
• Good communication skills
