Job Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned Data Centre projects to ensure their timely completion and compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Monitor compliance with internal QA/QC policies and standards, as well as relevant performance standards and specifications.
Interact regularly with clients to interpret their needs and requirements, and represent them in the field.
Coordinate with all contractors, building management, and/or appointed contractors by client/building management during project execution.
Perform overall quality control of the work, including schedule, plans, and contractor's performance, and report regularly on project status.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project managers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions as necessary.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
Experience as a project engineer/manager in Data Centre / Critical facilities projects.
Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health requirements.
Familiar with rules, regulations, best practices, and applicable statutory standards.
Project management and supervision skills.
Time management and organization skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects.
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
