Eaton Corporation Product Specialist, Busway, East Asia in Singapore, Singapore
What you’ll do:
The primary function of the job is to propose Low Voltage Busway technical solutions to meet market needs, within budget, on-time and with required level of quality.
"A. Promote Eaton Busway solutions in East Asia region.
B. Generate Busway technical solutions and proposals based on 2D/3D drawings, and provide advice and support in securing the Tender or succeed in the Tender Interview / Clarifications.
C. Develop attractive Eaton Busway solution with competitive price for Sales, Partner, Consultant and End Users
D. Provide and maintain a good service and support level to customers & consultant, as to achieve customer satisfaction and higher hit-rate.
E. Cooperate with the sales, marketing and business development teams, providing a wide view of current offers and opportunities;
F. Conduct Product & Solution sharing (internally & externally), specify Eaton brand and its products and solutions to influencers and decision makers
G. To enhance the Busway support capability within regions.
H. Support Sales and stakeholders in Tender Bidding, such as guidance on Compliance Spec and liaison with factory for best solution offering.
I. Constantly feedback to factory on the market trend and competitive product gaps, if any to help improve the R&D development direction.
J. Critical thinking and experienced in identify post-sales Busway issue during installation & commissioning. Work closely with Service & factory team to resolves Busway post-sales issue.
K. Occasionally travelling to assist in Busway Tender & Presentation, if required within EA regions.

c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering in Mechanical/Electrical
5+ years related experience in Busway Technical proposing
Skills:
Experience with electrical distribution systems (MV/LV) and protection systems.
Have knowledge of the busduct market and the competitors’ offer;
Knowledge of applicable IEC standards (like IEC 61439)
Ability to respond to a variety of challenging circumstances
Significant experience utilizing Value Added Selling techniques
Ability to work well within a team
Bilingual Languages (English and Mandarin)
Knowledge in short circuit, temperature rise, arc test, test duties in accordance with IEC standards
