What is the job about?

As our Lead HRBP & Learning Partner, you will devote your time to be a trusted advisor for the CBS organization. You will promote organizational development initiatives with the purpose of unleashing the full potential of our employees to pioneer our ambitions. You have an important role in making the necessary changes to become a solution provider by combining our core products with other components, adding digital capabilities and services to our offerings.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Ensure business strategies for APAC Sales Region are translated into HR plans and activities that impact the performance of the region at a global level.

  • Develop workforce planning with the APAC Sales Leader across the region and support any organizational change and design activities to ensure fit towards Grundfos Design Principles and business goals.

  • Accountable for deploying the HR Annual Wheel (e.g., People Review, Employee Motivation Survey (EMS), Merit Review, Talent Review & Succession Management, Leadership & Talent Development) across APAC Sales Region

  • Lead workstreams and projects as part of the strategic business plans, and deliver to CBS strategic agenda

  • As the CBS Global Learning Partner, design and implement learning strategies and execute the roll out of learning journeys for CBS (Commercial Building Services)

  • Maintain a culture of continuous learning and development, aligning learning initiatives with strategic business goals.

  • Lead the Learning Board, and in partnership with Group HR, perform functional skills assessment process to identify critical skills relevant for business growth.

Your background :

  • A bachelor’s or master’s Degree with at least 10+ years of experience in any field

  • Strong Project Management Skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proven experience in the learning field as a Learning Manager AND as a Global or Regional HR Business Partner.

  • Experienced in developing Skills matrix and performing competency assessment.

  • Good communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with designing and maintaining the Learning webpage on SharePoint.
