Job Description

  • Develop a cash conversion model to quantify collections entitlement across ANZ, Korea, and ASEAN in a given period based on orders backlog and expected contract billing.

  • Develop and back-test a methodology to accurately estimate billing based on revenue, contract assets, deferred revenue, and tax rates as variables.

  • Optimize customer categorizations (public, private, distributor, etc.) and organize parent-child hierarchies where applicable to ensure credit decisions are made with appropriate visibility into customer backgrounds and circumstances.

  • Support the implementation of forward-looking analytics on aged contract assets and inventory metrics to ensure the business is making optimal decisions on its use of cash.

  • Other ad hoc analysis related to customer credit and payment behavior.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate majoring in degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics

  • Strong analytical skills : ability to link operational performance drivers to financial results, to identify levers that drive profitability.

  • Strong communication skills : clear and concise written and communication to influence stakeholders.

  • Strong PC skills : experience with financial systems/ applications such as BOXI, Hyperion, Power BI etc. Strong Excel skills in data compilations and aggregation (pivot tables, vlookup, sumifs, index match etc.)
