Are you passionate about organization and delivering an outstanding hiring experience? As a Recruiting Coordinator, youll play a key role in creating a smooth and efficient hiring journey. Partnering closely with hiring managers and recruiters, youll handle a range of tasks that keep candidates informed and ensure they have an exceptional experience. Your communication skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail will help bring top talent to ALLO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide timely updates to candidates on their application status.
  • Support candidate screening process, including reviewing applications and conducting phone screens.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and phone screens.
  • Draft and prepare offer letters for selected candidates.
  • Manage the recruiting inbox, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
  • Generate regular reports to track recruiting metrics and progress.
  • Maintain and update active job postings.
  • Contribute to communication strategies targeting prospective candidates.
  • Organize and maintain candidate databases and talent pools.
  • Ensure recruiting materials and resources are organized and accessible.
  • Organize and participate in recruiting events.
  • Support various recruiting projects and initiatives as needed.

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Preferred associate or bachelors degree.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Ideally, 1+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple schedules, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Experience working in a team environment and strong collaboration skills.
  • Solution focused and ability to adapt to new challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with people at a variety of levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Raise objects up to 25lbs.
  • Remain stationary for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to communicate information.
  • Ability to operate a computer.
  • Possess / maintain a valid Driver\'s License.
  • Travel requirement: 25%.
