JOB DESCRIPTION: Bead Operator
[This job includes all aspects of producing ceramic powder for use at Cerco facilities and, when required, for customer use.]{times="" new="" roman""=""}

[Work is controlled by firmly established procedures, following prescribed instruction, procedure, and practice.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""} [Performs set ups for producing and screening beads.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""} [Mixes and tests material for producing beads.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""} [Producing and screening product within the same shift.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""} [Packing beads and providing a screen analysis of the finished product per skid.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""} [Transferring beads from bake out into plastic bins to keep metal bins free for production.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""} [Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, calculation of percentages).]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""} [Willingness to work in a dusty environment that involves long periods of exposure to high heat in the summer and extreme cold in the winter.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""} [Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to closely follow both written and verbal instructions.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""} [The ability to lift 55-60 lbs. on a regular basis and, occasionally, up to 100 lbs.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""} [Must be a High School Graduate]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
