職務概要Position Summary:
工場で遂行されるプロジェクトチームにプロジェクトオーナーまたはエンジニアリング部の代表として参加し、プロジェクトチームと協働し、プロジェクトを成功に導く。また、エンジニアリング部のメンバーと協働し、Commissioning &Qualification(C&Q)に関わる文書を作成する。
Participate in the project team at the factory as a project owner or representative from the engineering department. The position will collaborate with the project team and lead the project to success. Additionally, work with members of the engineering department to create documents related to Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q).
主な職務及び主な責任 Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
l プロジェクトオーナーまたはエンジニアリング部の代表としてプロジェクトチームに参加し、プロジェクトを成功に導く。
l エンジニアリング部のメンバーと協働し、C&Qなどに関わる技術文書を作成し、C&Qに関わるタイムラインを管理する。
l エンジニアリング部の代表として変更管理委員会などに参加し、GMP上の変更に関わる内容を評価する。必要なアクションを作成、遂行する。
l 社内の基準 を熟知し、安全仕様を満たした設備を導入する。
l さらなる安定稼働のために改善活動を行う。
l その他、Quality System及びEHS（Environment Health&System）に関わる業務を遂行する
l Global/Reginal teamと協働し、与えられたプロジェクトを遂行する。
l Participate in the project team as a project owner or representative from the engineering department and lead the project to success.
l Collaborate with members of the engineering department to create technical documents related to C&Q and manage the timeline for C&Q activities.
l Participate in change management committees or similar bodies as a representative of the engineering department and evaluate the content related to GMP changes. I will create and execute necessary actions.
l Be familiar with internal standards and introduce equipment that meets safety specifications.
l Conduct improvement activities for further stable operation.
l Perform other duties related to Quality System and EHS (Environment Health & System).
l Collaborate with global/regional teams to execute assigned projects.
Qualifications
教育/経験Education and Experiences:
l 大学卒業以上
l More than University Degree
知識、資格、及び技能 Knowledge, Qualification and Skills:
l ITや機械、電子系の技術エンジニアなどの方々と協業し、プロジェクトを行った経験
l プロジェクト マネージメント スキル
l タイムマネジメント スキル
l 多数のチームメンバーやステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション能力
l 他部署と協働する能力
l リスク分析能力及び問題解決能力
l 英語がビジネスレベルであればなお好ましいが、読み書きができ、入社して学ぶ意欲があれば可能
l Experience collaborating with IT, mechanical, electronic, and technical engineers on projects
l Project management skills
l Time management skills
l Strong communication skills with team members and stakeholders
l Ability to collaborate with other departments
l Risk analysis and problem-solving abilities
l English language skills at a business level are preferable, but the ability to read and write in English and the willingness to learn upon joining the company is also acceptable.
