Maxim Healthcare Services LPN Pediatric Homecare in Shepherdsville, Kentucky
Maxim Healthcare is hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses to work 1:1 with a pediatric patient (ages vary from infant to adolescents aged) in Bullitt County. The current openings within this area can be either full-time or part-time. Scheduling is based on your availability.
The management of skilled nursing care in-home varies patient-to-patient (e.g., tube feedings/medication administration, tracheostomy care, ventilator care, etc.)
PAID TRAINING is offered through Maxim's Skills Advancement Program for any skills needed.

Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
