What you’ll do:
The Senior Specialist is responsible for analyzing complex business data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making processes. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design data models, and develop reports that drive strategic initiatives
"Data Analysis and Reporting mainly replated to Engineering project activities and budget
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights; Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, ProPM or similar; Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular validation and reconciliation processes
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend data-driven solutions.
Work with teams to implement new processes and tools that enhance efficiency and productivity.
Document processes and procedures to ensure consistency and scalability.
Stakeholder Communication
Communicate complex data and analysis results in a clear and understandable manner to key stakeholders incl. PM, Engineering, Finance, Operation and Commercial team
Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders."
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
Skills:
Proven experience in project management or project support functions.
"Basic knowlege about VAVE/program management process
Basic accounting knowledge"
