Job Description:
Principal Accountabilities
● Responsible for directing resources and managing large and complex national, global and Alliance customer quotes.
● Interface with multiple departments within the customer and Arrow, including supply chain, sales, purchasing, asset management, and finance to review, understand, analyze and determine approach needed to proceed with Request For Quotation (RFQ).
● Identify and correct any NEDA assignment discrepancies in the IQ tool and perform advanced scrubbing of commercial and MIL Spec part numbers for accuracy and optimum system hits, using Part Search, Component Quest, Darkside, and web-based tools. Recognize cross selling opportunities and inform field sales. Complete and detailed understanding of quote process, may include post-quote analysis.
● Communicate the quote strategy set by the SMR into the Basic Quote Cover Sheet. Help develop nuance solutions with field sales team for specific accounts to enhance capture rate, and instruct QS 1's and 2's on those specific nuances. Monitor and coordinate due dates and notify field sales teams as needed. Able to review and assist the field sales team with debit and mark up strategy, including PCPRCE.
● Accurately PMView and communicate quote status and details directly to customer as well as management and ISR and host strategy meetings to establish actions and allocate resources. Prepare quote for return to customer and verify and approve on behalf of ISR prior to return to customer.
● Support, communicate, and work towards department, branch, and company goals and objectives. Able to create job aids and processes to train and lead QS team.

Experience / Education
Typically requires a 4 year degree and 1–2 years of experience or a 2 year degree and equivalent related experience
