Philips PMO Administrative Support Intern in Shenzhen, China

Your role:

  • Support Master List Manager to setup up the documents and legacy projects document transfer to Windchill.

  • Tracking the R&D workload entry in Clarity Tool

  • Support PMO of update budget entry in Planisware Support project management guideline update.

  • Assis project manager of workshop, meeting activities follow up and lessons learn.

  • Other daily assistant activities.

You're the right fit if: (4 x bullets max)

·Willing to learn

·Good communication skill

·Expert in MS Office such as Excel, PowerPoint

·Fluent in English, Chinese and Cantonese (both written and spoken)

·Process oriented and with excellent knowledge of reporting systems and statistics
