你的工作职责
作为BD Manager，你将成为我们销售团队的一员。你将会负责：
计划并实施销售活动， 开拓所负责行业的新业务例如，消费电子、汽车电子、医疗设备、服务器、智能穿戴设备等行业 。
及时、准确地向客户提供RFQ
向客户展示产品和技术解决方案。让客户了解新产品的服务、定价、变更等
参加技术研讨会或其他活动，保持长期的客户-供应商关系，抓住新的商机
定期拜访客户，更好地了解他们的需求，维护当前业务并寻找新的商机，实现年度销售目标
确保订单安全，并与客户服务和工厂合作，确保产品质量和准时交付
库存管理在客户服务的支持下，在预测到交货风险的情况下，应提前用客户接受的适当方法提醒客户，以平衡及时交货和最低运费。
协调并与整个组织的各个小组合作，以负责任的方式处理客户投诉，确保其圆满解决，并抓住机会加强客户关系，创造新的销售额
收集有助于决策、营销和销售战略规划的市场信息
准备销售预测和预算
准备各种销售报告
以专业的方式开展业务，遵守公司的商业道德准则和其他政策
上级下达的其他任务
你的专业背景

机械工程学位或相关专业为佳。
至少7年以上行业销售工作经验。有 消费电子、汽车电子、医疗设备、服务器、智能穿戴设备 等行业经验者为佳。有紧固件行业销售经验者为佳。
良好的销售方法和技能，有新业务开发能力，有过往成功开发新业务的经验。
良好的计划、沟通、谈判、演讲、人际关系和解决问题的能力。
具有团队合作精神，能够与各个层面合作完成任务，具有强烈的紧迫感，可以经常出差。
自我激励，愿意在快节奏、充满活力的商业环境中工作。
良好的电脑和办公软件技能。
良好的英语读写能力。
