Job Description
1)负责高鑫北区客户关系维护、合同谈判、商品规划及销售计划制定；
2)能够合理规划商品的列进进度，把握营销节奏；
3)能够独立完成公司内部流程，同时规避流程风险；
4)管理渠道客户，保持良好的沟通合作，建立健康稳定的生意发展；
5)管理协调区域销售队伍，包括各类指标分解、资源分配、团队激励及培养等；
6)完成上级下达的其它任务，定期反馈信息及数据统计，形成定期报告；定期回顾分析生意状况，处理各种紧急突发问题。
1)5年以上大卖场渠道运营管理经验，有直供经验优先；
2)能独立完成商品规划，提前进行商品的上新和汰换沟通，能根据区域进行不同的商品策略引指定。
3)对市场反馈的数据有极强的敏感度及逻辑推测能力，并形成PPT讲解；
4)具备良好的内外部沟通能力，对各部门及客户始终能够按数据推测施加影响力；
5)有良好的团队合作精神，能在压力下完成目标；
6)具有良好的紧急应变能力。
