- Assist Chefs in food preparation, such as cleaning equipment, work surfaces, and serving areas, to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices;
- Prepare meals/orders by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, checking ingredients for freshness, and arranging and garnishing the dishes;
- Season and cook Italian food according to recipes under the instructions of chef; and
- Keep the kitchen stocked with necessary cooking supplies.
