JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview Position, adjust and secure coils on hand fed assembly machines to produce innerspring units of various sizes, according to the work order. Who We Are In 1944, Hickory Springs Manufacturing (HSM) started a small production of furniture springs in Hickory, NC. We are a leading supplier of diversified components for the bedding, furniture, and GSA industries. We also produce polyester fiber batting, formed steel wire, flexible polyurethane foam fabrication. Hickory Springs, continues to extend its original product lines to include sleeper mechanisms, adjustable bed bases, roll packed mattresses and fabric encased micro coils. Responsibilities Place individual coils into assembly machine. Inspect the coil for knot quality. Activate machine to lace coils together. Remove completed innerspring from assembly machine. Monitor coiling machine to maintain quality and production counts. Qualifications No prior experience or training. Willing To Train!
