JOB REQUIREMENTS: A Senior Payroll and Benefits Coordinator job in Sheboygan Falls, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 3+ years of benefit and payroll administration experience and an understanding of UKG is a plus. In this position, you will ensure accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing for all North America facilities, process employee wage garnishments and tax withholdings, and perform year-end functions including W2s, 1095s, and vacation time. This position will also enroll and administer employee benefit plans, maintain accurate benefit information, process employee information requests, and assist with wellness programs. Senior Payroll and Benefits Coordinator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Conduct bi-weekly payroll processing. - Process employee wage garnishments and tax withholdings. - Prepare W2s, 1095s, and vacation accrual - Enroll and administer employee benefit plans. - Maintain accurate benefit information. - Process unemployment claims. - Assist with employee wellness programs. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Senior Payroll and Benefits Coordinator Requirements: - Associate or Bachelor degree in Business or Accounting preferred. - 3+ years of benefit and payroll administration experience. - Excellent knowledge of payroll processing and payroll systems required.
